To reserve space in the Viking Union, campus space for all student events, Lakewood's Bill MacDonald Lounge, Viqueen Lodge, banner space, kiosks, and AS vehicles, please use the forms provided below. The Viking Union is well equipped to meet the needs of a variety of events. Meeting room capacities range from ten to hundred's, with a wide range of setup styles to meet any event's needs (see Floorplans and Pictures). On-site audiovisual equipment ranges from slide and overhead projectors to state-of-the-art video projectors and multi-channel sound systems. Technicians are also available.
The Viking Union Fee Schedule will provide many of the costs associated with equipment rental, technical assistance, and set up of events. Support Services will provide written estimates as well.

The Performing Arts Center spaces are primarily academic facilities, but they are also host to Performing Arts Center (PAC) Series performances, distinguished lecturers, visiting performers arranged by our departments or other campus units, and are sometimes available for rental. Preference is always given to academic uses.
