The Viking Union is well equipped to meet the needs of a variety of events. Meeting room capacities range from ten to hundreds, with a wide range of setup styles to meet any event's needs. On-site audiovisual equipment ranges from slide and overhead projectors to state-of-the-art video projectors and multi-channel sound systems.
Given the wide range of individual room options, photos containing typical table and chair arrangements of each room are available below. Presentation amenities such as Ethernet, whiteboards, and projection screens are available in most rooms as noted.
For events that require additional furniture, equipment or professional sound and lighting systems; Event Services can provide the assistance your function needs.
