Permission to use Photographs and Videography

I hereby grant Western Washington University, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs or video of me and my property in connection with my employment in the Associated Students or the Viking Union . I authorize Western Washington University the use and publishing of the same in print and/or electronically without compensation to me.

I agree that Western Washington University may use such photographs or video of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.  This permission is granted for an indefinite time period.
