ViQueen Lodge Reservation Request

1. Download and fill out this form.
2. When completed, this form will send via email to: vu.reservations@wwu.edu
   • If the dates you request are not available, you will be notified and you may be put on a waitlist.
3. Your form will be reviewed and you will receive a confirmation email.
4. Sign and return the confirmation.

1. Ensure you have signed and submitted your confirmation.
2. Make sure you submit payment 1 week prior to your reservation.
3. Visit the Viking Union Administration Desk and Viking Union Reservations in person to complete the following:
   1. Watch the instructional video
   2. Turn in completed guest list
   3. Check out keys no earlier than 24 hours prior to start of reservation

• No beach fires
• No smoking inside cabin (dispose of all materials properly outside of cabin)
• No vehicles on cabin property, especially on the trails
• 10 people MAXIMUM camping is permitted at beachside sites and north of red shed ONLY
• Any reports of negligence from neighbors for trespassing, noise, use of private property, etc. will result in further action from WWU, including being banned from all future use of ViQueen Lodge

Ensure to review options for getting out to ViQueen on Sinclair Island at https://vu.wwu.edu/viqueen 

Options include:

• Chartered boat 
• Personal watercraft (currently no mooring buoy available.)
• Sea Kayaks available from the WWU Outdoor Center
