Located inside the main entrance to the Viking Union, the InfoDesk is the campus hub for information about all of our awesome events, services, and schedules. The InfoDesk is also one of several check out points for free wireless laptops for students. The VU Info Desk also supports the WWU Lost and Found program for items that have lost their owners.
The Viking Union is the center for student engagement and activities on campus. Come talk to VU staff members to say hello and get connected!

The Associated Students of WWU exists to ensure student representation in decisions that affect students; support leadership development; approve resources, activities, and information for students; and provide opportunities for students to organize themselves around their special interests in order to further achieve the mission of the university and complement classroom education.
To advance Western Washington University’s educational mission, the Office of Student Life provides help for students, faculty, staff and family by:
Supporting students experiencing crisis or difficult situations and coordinating resources at Western and in the community
Educating students on Western’s Student Conduct Code, and holding accountable students who engage in misconduct
Assisting students in understanding and navigating the University’s policies and processes.
