Welcome! The Outdoor Recreation experience at Western Washington University has a 40 year history of getting folks outside to explore their natural surroundings, San Juan Islands, Cascade Mountain Range, and the Canadian Wilderness. We also receive consistent national recognition from major outdoor periodicals for our programs and services for students. Our facilities range from a sailing and boating center, outdoor rental and retail center, bike shop, island property, and ropes challenge experiences.

Our excursions are designed for low expense, high learning output, and professional development through work opportunities. We strive to serve all of our community regardless of pre-existing knowledge. financial challenges, or physical ability. Give us a call!
